"Makayla it's awesome she was very informative on every subject insurance wise. We are new to state farm, and liking it so far. Makayla tried to give us the best possible option there was for us for our 4 vehicles. She definitely saved us a lot of money, all the other insurances were just crazy expensive. Makayla is very nice, she keeps up with her clients and tries her best to make them feel at ease with what the type of coverage they chose."

"We had a few things to insure. Makayla did a fantastic job putting everything together for us. She spent alot of time just putting the bids together, without knowing if we would sign up, or not. She was very thorough, had to call us several times to make sure things were correct. Makayla was always very pleasant when speaking with me, even when I didn't like the rate for one of my toys. She is absolutely an asset to the agency."

"Very disappointing, asked for info when we signed up, deferred to the corporate office to just be sent back to the local office and never had issues was never resolved or brought up again (2 years!!). Even upon cancelling there were 0 retention efforts and directions were not followed, just generic excuses from the local office and corporate without care. Outside of the generic birthday card, there was zero recognition or interaction with customers."
