ROLE DESCRIPTIONWe are seeking a proactive and motivated individual to join our team as an Account Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member for Alicia Rogers - State Farm Agent. As an Account Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member, your primary responsibility will be to generate new business opportunities and sell insurance policies to potential clients. You will be expected to build relationships, analyze clients' needs, provide expert advice, and offer suitable insurance solutions.   • Prospect and generate leads through various channels such as on-line requests, referrals, networking, and digital marketing strategies.
  • Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand clients' insurance requirements and goals.
  • Explain and educate clients on the different types of insurance coverage available and help them select the most suitable options.
  • Provide accurate and detailed information about policy terms, conditions, and exclusions.
  • Customize insurance policies to meet individual clients' needs and budgets.
  • Calculate premiums and provide clients with insurance quotes.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Collaborate with underwriters to analyze risks and determine appropriate coverage.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, products, and regulatory requirements.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets and goals.
  • Prepare and submit necessary documentation, including applications, forms, and reports.
  • Follow up on leads, quotes, and policy renewals to maximize conversion rates and retention.
QUALIFICATIONS
  • Proven work experience as an Account Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member or similar role.
  • Excellent sales and negotiation skills, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Strong knowledge of insurance policies, terms, and regulations.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Customer-oriented approach with a focus on providing excellent service.
  • Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • High level of integrity and professionalism.
  • Current P&C license required or be willing to obtain
  • Current Life & Health licenses or be willing to obtain

Compensation $40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
