We are seeking a friendly and detail oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Relations Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member in our insurance agency. As a Customer Relations Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member with Alicia Rogers - State Farm Agent, your main objective will be to provide exceptional customer service to policyholders and address their inquiries, concerns, and requests. You will act as a liaison between clients and the agency, ensuring their satisfaction and resolving issues in a timely manner. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills, as well as a genuine passion for helping others.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Serve as the primary point of contact for policyholders, responding to their inquiries, concerns, and requests via phone, text, email, or in-person.
- Provide accurate and detailed information about insurance policies, coverage, claims, and billing.
- Assist clients in policy renewals, modifications, and cancellations.
- Handle policyholder complaints and escalate complex issues to the appropriate departments for resolution.
- Process policy changes, endorsements, and updates in accordance with established procedures.
- Collaborate with underwriters and claims adjusters to address policyholder concerns and facilitate claims processes.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records in the agency's CRM system.
- Follow up with policyholders to ensure their satisfaction and address any outstanding issues or questions.
- Provide guidance and support to policyholders in filing and tracking insurance claims.
- Assist in resolving billing discrepancies and payment-related inquiries.
- Stay up-to-date with insurance industry trends, products, and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with other team members to continuously improve customer service processes and procedures.
- Adhere to company policies, procedures, and regulatory guidelines.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Proven work experience as a Customer Relations Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member or similar role.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Empathetic and patient approach when dealing with customers.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in using customer service software, CRM systems, and other relevant tools.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
- High level of integrity and professionalism.
- P & C License – or willing to obtain
- Life & Health Licenses – or willing to obtain
